SGMS - HOW IS THIS TRADING SO HIGH? HUGE PUTS ONCE TUTES SWAP

No clue how this is so high literally. Absolutely going to be a top PUT option candidate. Tutes heavy in this one. Easy to follow downtrend. Offering soon?
Step 1) follow options volume activity with price action/ the second you see heavy put options tutes are swapping out short
Step 2) WTF? look at these fundamentals
Yes they improved from quarter but not remotely anything special (put it in perspective WISH is trading at 17 with almost similar numbers in revenue)
Cash to Debt: 0.114 (horrible almost no cash)
EPS to share: -0.16 (horrible)
Quarterly EPS Growth: -83 (yes that bad)
PEG: -12.4
Debt: 9.3B
Revenue 2.73B
up 88% since Jan1st zero drop?
Enterprise Val/Mkt Cap: 2.0
