buy silver now and hold

I see silver as under value and I think in the next year or in the coming months we can see this grow at a real good rate. to me this is the time to buy before we see a real value of silver. I'm curtly holding 4 oz of silver and every week I plan to spend 100 so about 3 oz a week

my main goal is to hold but seek at least 5% gain in total value each month
