A potential divergence between S&P 500 and VIX.
A lower low in the VIX not confirmed by a higher high in S&P 500 is a potential divergence. Previous tops and bottoms have seen similar kind of divergences where either one of the two does not confirm the move and hence results in a trend reversal.
