Have you listen carefully enough what she said ... ? Literally she was confirming that FED was wrong hiking rates back in December 2015 ! ... and back to near zero % is likely if needed. Really ?! So what state is the economy in this case ? Negative rates has not been mentioning yet ... but , what if they will ?
What is the earning season going to look like in this case ?
What is the strong $ impact for multinationals in this case ?
What is the the impact of negative % in most of central banks ?
Looks scary to me ... but maybe I will be wrong ;))
