Is The Climax Here?

As I mentioned last week, this horizontal stagnation in price action is likely going to be a battle between the 3-year resistance line and the 45 EMA. We saw a breakdown through the 3-year resistance line, but then a strong piercing line through the 45 EMA showed strong support, denying the reversal and sending it back into the bullish half of the BB. The 3-year resistance line has continually denied any breakout since then, and tomorrow's (6/23) futures opened up almost directly on it as it fights to stay above the BB center-line. I thought we might see another test of the 45 EMA, but it didn't quite get there. Even though I'm still pretty bearish, if there's a breakout and it closes above the resistance line tomorrow I will probably consider adjusting my positions on Wednesday. It's finally getting to the point where it has to make a decision and any price action after it does will likely be pretty explosive, so plan accordingly and be ready for anything.
