I see some people posting this technical setup...don't think it will reach 4000 next week ...
On march 14 there's Fed meeting and already its down today...will it trade sideways then after 14 march MAYBE with good news we try and hit that 4000...
If this chart satisfies your ego then go ahead and believe it but I wouldn't count that much
