This Beaten Up Stock Just Rebounding
AT&T or 
T maybe beaten up and have slashed their dividend but, it's showing a nice 222 bullish continuation soldier pattern according to the STRAT.
It has earnings coming out this week and is testing the 5 day MA and headed back to the 12 day MA.
RSI is oversold at 33.59.
This one could easily continue its bullish trend.
I placed my targets in the red lines and the white line while my stop loss is the green line.
