TECH M One can buy above 703 tgt of 760 & 840 .Techm facing stiff resistance at 690 to 700 zone. Once that broken heavy shortcovering rally will push in to 760 zone. Above 700 it may turn to Ultrabullish.Buying advisable only above 703 only not below priced
