I visit their stores all the time, they sells Kias, which are of very good price/quality, etc.

If I could get in at a round €8, I'd be overjoyed.

ING Luxembourg still has 1.3 million shares. They're selling. The Estonian government has decided people can cash in their pension funds for bigger TVs. Some of the biggest owners of TKM1T are pension funds. Some of them are going to have to liquidate, and quick. This will create even further selling pressure. Kaubamaja is doing really well, but I suspect their stock is going to get beaten further.
