TSLA healthy micro correction to 375$

Tesla doing Tesla things again... We overshot our overarching (orange) target area by quite a bit wich is telling me that the market is quite heated and a short correction is overdue. Funnily we did exactly that. The market came up, hit the correction zone and is now on its way to visit the target area. Lets see whats next

not only is that Target hit for us and one more profitable Trade in the books for us, we also got a pixel perfect entry on the XY Level for another short. I marked out the new resistance and target levels for you guys. Might aswell tage the short down to the turquoise correction level where i plan to take the next long.

While the market has full legitimacy to turn at the orange micro correction level, my gut tells me Tesla is gearing up for a new higher high before resuming its descent. This isn’t the time to rush in blindly—plan your risk carefully.

If you’re betting big on the orange level, don’t be shocked if it blows up in your face. Times like these demand patience, not greed. Let the setup come to you. The real game is staying sharp while others chase shadows.

Once again, we were spot on with the prediction of a new higher high. With that move locked in, I’ve marked out the newly formed sequence for clarity.

As you can see, we’ve already hit the resistance line, setting the stage for a retracement—which just so happens to be the perfect entry for our second short. In my view, we need to tap into the turquoise level before we see the major ATH-breaking move, making this level a double confirmation for our short setup.

The setup is clear—now it’s all about execution.
