Bull oil ETF for possible gain. Should it continue bull, target around 16ish and should find itself oversold on the daily then pull back. Just a short term trend thing.

Slowly oil is moving up. Can't blame anyone for taking profits due to this slow stepping in price.

Too choppy and stop triggered. I'm thinking more chop and bull oil in August.
