Union Pacific Coorporation Analysis

Hai guys.. Today I’m gomito to analyze the Union Pacific Coorporation..

Actually it is traded vero high so i don’t enter.. Historically it has an avarege of 4.5b Usd annually.. If we discount this amount at 6% we have around 107 usd per share..

So.. around 100 usd in my fair value.. Personally I prefere to have a 25% discount, so I will try to buy at 75-80 usd.. (if the income in the nexts years will change, I will rimodulate my targets).
