Just a quick update regarding current situation:As we've seen DJI last week tried to get through 0.5 Fib where,after a deep immersion into the level,it had a strong reaction with pull back above 32,500$. DJI is currently gaining massive liquidity in order to make a breakthrough of the level 0.5 and reach the first strong support level,where possibly we may get a properly movement throughout this technical support before another strong pull back.
As Mati Greenspan stated on Twitter on May 17th the current decline since the ATH is about 7.6 trillion $(not adjusted for current inflation percentage),which is the highest drop of the last 20 years for the DJI.
But looking at the numbers below we can understand clearly that a recession scenario is more than expected for the months to come:
Dot-Com Bubble(early 2000): -4.6 Trillion $
Global Financial Crisis(2007): -2.3 Trillion $
Covid-19 Selloff(2020): - 4.4 Trillion $
Current Decline: -7.6 Trillion $
