If the market fails to break the smaller channel then we are expecting it to start moving in a downward movement towards the lower boundary of the bigger channel and break below. Once that happens we are looking at a short for approximately a year or two. As we can see the bigger channel just completed the ABCDE pattern and we are expecting the market to respect the trend.
