USDJPY AB=CD Bearish Pattern SHORT

Some might say that this isnt a valid abcd because of time constraints and ab/cd parallelism but I find abnormalities in Harmonics fairly frequently. I would be looking to open a short from current price to the Monthly pivot, US Interest rates are going up. SPY is testing a support area in a downtrend.
