Similar to my analysis of the EURUSD Chart, a potential Bullish Scallop is forming on the 4H USDJPY Chart.
Price is likely to go bullish till it hits the key resistance level and may turn into a Bullish Cup & Handle as well.
I would go long on this trade and keep an eye out for when price is nearing the strong resistance level,
