Bullish Cypher & Risky buy signal in US Crudeoil
In 4hrs timeframe we have bullish cypher in US crudeoil, but it came up without activate.
If go down again to activate it is risky call to buy, i doubt it will take SL TOO.

It was correct, my guessing was it will take SL. at 22.30 that green candle gave me hint it will take SL.
That is why i mentioned it was for a observation chart.
