Oil price is going to increase after a while.
As you seen in the monthly chart, probably a diametric is going to happen. If it is true so the market is going to make E wave of this diametric, which pattern is a zigzag or a neutral triangle(lowest probability). However F wave targets are attractive enough to going to open a long position.
