Although I see VIBE in a general falling trend, I am lead to think VIBE will try to break resistance again giving us the opportunity to cash some gains at that time.
VIBE needs to break 4 resistance levels and its intermediate downtrend line before it gets to its final challenge.

VIBE failed to break its downtrend line. Probably stop is 39s price levels and if it fails to keep support, we will find out where next.
