VIX finds floor around 13.0

the S&P 500 Volatility Index yet again finds a floor around the 13.00 range, with multiple daily touches and bounces. Look for a long of the VIX from here, unless a push lower causes it to break res. Expect higher volatility within trading markets across the spectrum in coming days/weeks.
