Just like the title says, when the VIX loses this parabolic pattern markets will likely enter a new bull-cycle.

Many stocks and industries have been absolutely beaten down for months, if not a year now.
There is more money on Earth than ever has existed before.
Every knows the Feds plans for interest rates and tapering, and it will be gradually and easy to anticipate, so no surprises there.
The Russia/Ukraine war has been going for 6 weeks, cannot be much time left.
Once the war ends (which isn't guaranteed but likely to happen soon) what's left to spook markets?
