MACD buy signal, time to go?

The stock has been heavily sold down in 2021 while the prospects of the company have never been brighter. They are heavily cashed up including 10M from Investissement Quebec. We just saw a MACD crossover, in that being a technical buy signal. The chart did dip below the previous low but still well above the lows of the year so a higher low idea is still in play.
