Last price spike seems to be an usual pump and dump, since we see a retracement lower than 0.382 fib level. 4 hr stoch RSI is overbought and going down. There could be some upward movement (MA20, oversold on 30 min and 1 hr RSI, bullish icihimoku cloud), but in midterm I would say that it's going down to highlighted support levels. I do not advise to buy it right now.
