XAGUSD: Time for a Bearish Reversal?

Price is coming into a H4 SZ, form after an impulse move in the first week of the month. This impulse move also created the high of the month. The last 1 week, we have been witnessing a couple of dump & pump and pump & dump action which looks like smart money are distributing. I am looking for some reaction to the proximal line to go SHORT.
