Today let's analyse XAUUSD aka Gold.
Generally in Daily Time-frame, this pair still on a Downtrend Structure, the highest level was 1917 forming High-Low structures.
Last night's price was drop more than 300pips which is showing US Dollar strength. Please refer to my previous posting of DXY which is as expected going to be stronger.
From an hourly perspective, we saw the 1917 area forming HNS pattern which is indicated that we expecting a reversal.
Today's idea will be, waiting for a pullback which is potential entry at 1882.02 to 1892.37 Zone (Swap Zone), and Stop loss will be at 1898.74.
The entry approach will be using lots distribution strategies to maximizing profit and reducing losses.
