Atlanta Fed President Rafael Bostic said Friday that he does not expect the Fed to cut interest rates until the middle of next year. Philadelphia Fed President Patrick Harker reiterated his intention to keep interest rates unchanged. Meanwhile, Cleveland Fed President Loretta Mester said the U.S. central bank is "at or near the peak of its rate hike cycle."
