hey guys, I've been closely monitoring the movements of XAU and the US dollar, especially in light of the recent recession in the US economy. While the US economy is slowly regaining trust from the market, XAU is still considered a safe asset compared to the US dollar. Given the current inflationary environment, there is a low probability that the US dollar will get stronger in the near future. From a technical perspective, XAU has recently rejected at the HH 2066 level and is now finding support at 2000. This suggests that the price may move down to the liquidity pool before resuming an upward trend to make a new HH.
