Bitcoin: Decision time, 40k? or 50k?

Over the past few weeks, we have seen Bitcoin repeatedly reject 50k, 49k and now 48k on its downtrend. As we now battle support at 46.5k, will we hold and regain support at higher levels? Or will we succumb to our last support at 40k? Id like to know your thoughts.
