[XC] Adaptive Strategy V2 - Ratio OCHL Averager -> alexgrover

Now with the ability to do better chart fine tuning.
In my opinion it still works best with 1h XBTUSD.
If someone has better settings for lower TF, I would be glad to hear about that.
