1 day timeframe for Stellar so RSI is looks like the same with the prevous pattern (Dec 27, 2018) before its ATH. Possible maybe I can place an buy order now (8;00) UTC at $0.31-0.32. And take a profit for:

Long;
0.62 - 1.00USD (tentatively at March 15 or by the end of the month)
