As I talked yesterday about 
NEOUSDT, It seems the same history is in the XLM. The huge corrective wave needs to breath to going again in depth. So I mean the correction is not yet finished but it wil go up in couple of days before another price drop. In this illustration I imagined if the price hits somewhere about 0.382 USDT, it will take a long position ahead to 0.454 USDT in just few hours. So the best entry point in my opinion is about 0.382 and the TP level in my opinion is about 0.454 USDT.
