Possible bottoming structure on XRP/BTC chart

Possible bottoming structure on the xrp/btc chart. hit the bottom 3 times, longest time this chart has held a level in years for this long. RSI slowly grinding up. if this holds for another week i see burst for XRP/USD chart in the near future
