i believe this is the movement we will see.
we are about to have a decent pump up to 31-32c range.
however, we need to watch to see whether this will be a simple touch of the upper bound or a true breakout.
price may move with btc on the up to 31c, but btc may breakout in a large way causing alts to shrivel hence the down move presented on chart.
the area of confluence where white meets blue will be a nice launching point for a meaningful test of new highs, once btc is done.
