My take? It can go either way.
The volume and new wallets/accounts/users will be key to see if volatility returns, but the pricing appears to have little kinetic energy for higher price action.
Personally, anything $0.50 and under is an excellent DCA opportunity, but ALWAYS remember these things can go to zero and never come back - it all depends on how useful the asset is.
I think XRP is the future, but as always, the future isn't here ... yet.
