XRP's Possible up values

With XRP crawling over Stability for a long time, many followers of the famous crypto are expecting to go up. This is a possible thinking if you can predict it, with ripple's reaction over the last year. I think the best price to Buy XRP is between 0.28$ and 0.30$. I do not think that it will get any lower than that, because buyers, still buying and technologies still want to enter in a cryptoworld.
Do not dream thought. It cant get over 0.80$, which is the best price to sell.
