Potential H&S Pattern 1hr Chart

I have a potential Head and Shoulders pattern. XRP has shown incredible strength both against the USDT pair and the BTC pair. Overall Bullish on XRP. However, let's see what happens here. We would like to see volume confirmation, which is not present ATM. What's nice is the measured move is close to .618 fib. Confluence is nice.
