XTZUSD idea (not an advice just learning)

Welcome to my first idea on XTZUSD , i have never drawn an idea so don't take this as an advice. The head and shoulders pattern i drawn is in a downtrend so normally it only counts in an uptrend right? BTC dominance is rising but i think/hope it will get rejected soon, this means there's a chance for the altcoins to take the market back. The weekly chart got an oversold RSI and the daily a cross to the oversold region i think we will see some accumulation before we really go up? Please comment with your ideas/tips on my chart and/or XTZUSD , just here to learn more about drawing charts every tip is welcome.
