Rising DOW and falling oil doesn't fit in my opinion, either you get both or none. In a separate track the gold which may act inversely to the action of DOW and OIL.

As you can see from this chart, there's just one bearish impulse left and then there'll be an opportunity to have a new bullish rally on oil.

The issue here is to where may it head the datum of today, tomorrow and next week. FED could raise rates but if it does it, then it will trash the world economy. On the other hand if it does not raise rates then it will trash the world and after that FED could reset the eocnomy and reset the path of a hike rate after a year or 2 of DXY at 80 (which is should do). Then comes OPEC, BOJ, Italy Election Us election and so on. This is a mined camp!
I think think that either Clinton or Trump wins, both are going to trash the dollar. I think Trump is going to win (If Trump wins the mkt is going to tank because nobody knows what he is going to do, no previsibility).
