ZEUS [Olympic Steel] undervalued: Trend reversal?

ZEUS is in a long time low of 13.00, lowest since 2009. There is no reason for the current undervaluation - the company's performance remains about the same for the last 3 years, yet the stock price keeps going all over the place (20 to 30 to 13).

Before I even finished making this chart, the stock went from 13.10 to 13.55. Hopefully it continues to rise over the next 2-3 months.
