every time RSI 14 is in 23 -- 17 range we saw a significant pump at least 50%
the ideal entry would be ( waiting for RSI to go down , breakout from down trend , retesting support ):::> 70 Sat to 80 Sat range

we almost reaching 70 sat but i dont think 70 sat is the low yet with rising BTC dominance and high chance to go new high (btc)
we need to see what will happen with BTC before entering
