I really don't know much about the company this analysis is purely technical!
The play is very simple here as you can see there are three indicators here that make this stock likable:
1. There has been clear change of trend in the RSI.
2. On back of significant volume two days ago the stock broke through 47.30 level resistance.
3. Clear uptrend with higher lows bull flag is very bullish.
Word of caution: Breakout setup can fail! Always have a tight stop and in case you get stopped out it is OK, good stocks tend to retest resistance in a shortly you can try again!
