$SPY - $ZQ - Fed Funds pricing in December Rate Hike

If you take 100 - 99.79 you get .21, which is what smart money is pricing in as the Dec rate hike. Interesting here IMO.. SLO STO bouncing off oversold and turning up and we're bouncing of lower BB's. Could be a gotcha, never going to raise.
