Brazil's Patria Investments sells stake in toll road operator to Vinci

Brazil's Patria Investments Ltd PAX said on Thursday it has agreed to sell a 55% stake in toll road operator Entrevias to French firm Vinci SA DG.

According to a statement, the deal is set to make Vinci a "relevant player" in the local toll road sector, given that Entrevias operates a total 570 kilometers (354 miles) of roads in the Southeastern state of Sao Paulo.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
