Hang Seng Moves Away from 3-Month Highs

The Hang Seng was down 138 points or 0.71% to 19,380 in early deals on Down Tuesday, retreating from more than 3-month peaks hit the day before and moving in tandem with US shares overnight after unexpectedly strong services data raised the case for the Federal Reserve to deliver its rapid rate hike.

Traders were also cautious following reports about the possibility of new tariffs on Chinese steel and aluminium by the US and the EU.
