Moving average of two simple averages (Fast and Slow). including implementation for pyramiding, trailing stops and take profits.

Can we used in conjunction with SMAX Error (%) which tracks the same error normalised for closing price.

Thresholds are presented in whole numbers i.e. 80 = 80%
