30m CONSOLIDATION Detector
What This Script Does:
Runs only on the 30-minute timeframe
Checks that both MA20 and EMA50 are above MA200
Confirms that both MA20 and EMA50 are within the high-low range of the same candle
Prints a white "CONSOLIDATION" label below the candle
Waits 20 candles before printing again
