This indicator works on options data and underlying data. This calculates the combined z-score on ATM+-4 strikes to determine the bull/bear and rangebound phases. For intraday, ideal usage should be on 1 and 3min timeframe. This indicator can be used in conjunction with supertrend(10,3) and applied on your existing option strategies. We would keep publishing the ideas and updates with this indicator in the future.

We have updated the indicator to apply on the option chart. In the indicator settings introduced a specific dropdown named "On Option Chart". By default, its setting is at No. To apply on option chart, please select the dropdown as "Yes" and then enter the underlying instrument spot name.

For Scalping Buy and sell, once both the colors - color of the indicator and the mean line, match, enter the trade. For additional confirmation, you can use Supertrend 10,3 on the chart. Once supertrend trend matches the color of indicator and mean line, it becomes good scalping opportunity. For option strategy, spot sentiment color must match with supertrend color.
