added an additional line which is the sum of the absolute distance from mid-band of the ema + top half of bandwidth difference

added open / close position + shading within %BB. now distance between closing / open price and 50 period ema of volume weighted average is measured in band-width and split across midband. (intepret it as distance from closing to ema but in %bb terms)
