If the price is higher than SMA with the period of 7 bars - to open a long position
If the price is lower than SMA with the period of 7 bars - to open a short position
If the price is higher than SMA with the period of 7 bars - to open a long position
If the price is lower than SMA with the period of 7 bars - to open a short position
