Noro's BB + RSI Strategy v1.0
Strategy uses 2 indicators:
1) RSI
2) Bollinger Bands
Opening of a position requires at the same time 2 signals (RSI + BB)
If the low of a candle is less than lower bound of BB - to open long position
If the candle growing - to close a long position
Short positions aren't used
